This one-story home will have one bedroom and be adaptable for someone in a wheelchair or with other mobility impairments that require one floor living.

This modest home will be approximately 650 sq feet. In line with our green building goals, the home will be all-electric and built to ENERGY STAR standards. Construction began in summer 2024, with an expected completion date in summer 2025.
